OASIS CEDC, an outgrowth of Kingdom Christian Church was established in 2000 to improve the quality of life of Ward 8 residents by providing adult and youth literacy programs, health related seminars and resources to foster healthy parent/child relationships and entrepreneurial training to create personal and community wealth.  OASIS CEDC has coordinate the delivery of services by paid and volunteer certified technology, educational and health care professionals.  OASIS has a strong volunteer basis of professionals who mentor, coach, train and facilitate community outreach and program development.  By combining our physical, financial, professional and technical skills sets we have 30 years of experience in providing services to residents of Ward 8 (Cluster 39).
